An Avandia lawsuit filed by the Louisiana Attorney General claims diabetes drug maker GlaxoSmithKline wrongfully and illegally marketed, priced, sold and promoted the diabetes drug Avandia The lawsuit claims GSK violated Louisiana’s Medical Assistance Programs Integrity Law (MAPIL), the Unfair Trade Practices and Consumer Protections Law and other LA state laws.
