Avandia Settlement : 2011 Avandia lawsuit settlements still being reached

Diabetes drug maker GlaxoSmithKline has agreed to pay more than $700 million to settle about 12,000 Avandia lawsuit claims. Avandia lawsuits allege that Glaxo failed to warn patients about the diabetes drug’s increased stroke and heart attack risk.
